We celebrate St. Nicholas Day at the St Nicholas Church in Newbald, which dates back to the 12th century. St. Nicholas is the patron Saint of the Hanseatic League. Do come and join us for a great day!

11 am: Exhibition of St Nicholas and the Hansa (free).

2 pm: Hansa lecture - The discovery, preservation and display of the Bremen cog. Speaker: Simon Tomson (entrance fee 5 GBP)

4:30 pm: The choir will sing Carols in English and German - Congregation participating in English

6:30 pm: The event ends, but the children receive a gift each and continue playing games organised by the Church.
