Anniversary celebrations for the 35th anniversary of the museum

The German Salt Museum is celebrating its 35th birthday and the European Heritage Day with a varied program: on Sunday, 8 September 2024, there will be an open day with free admission from 10:00 to 17:00. Visitors can take guided tours, enjoy salty popcorn, have children's faces painted and explore the open boiling hut. The special exhibition “Voices from the City” can be visited free of charge in the museum on this day and runs until January 5, 2025.
