For many years, the Festival of Lights has symbolised the diverse and voluntary commitment of the citizens of Dorsten.
Around 100 organisations present themselves in the old town centre to work for the good of others, which is the greatest strength of our society. Everyone who gets involved radiates light and warmth, and this light encourages people to join in. With the Festival of Lights in Dorsten, volunteering shines every year in November in our completely renovated, beautiful old town centre.
