Perleberg is eagerly preparing for the BRANDENBURG-DAY 2025. From 12 to 14 September, the Rolandstadt will be the venue for the state festival, which will highlight the cultural diversity and special features of Brandenburg under the motto ‘Perlenpracht Mitgemacht’. The city cordially invites all citizens and stakeholders from the sectors of business, sport, culture and education to actively contribute to the organisation of this special event.
The festival weekend starts on Friday, 12 September, with an evening programme that focuses on the Perleberg people's attachment to their hometown. A cosy get-together heralds the start of the festivities. On Saturday, 13 September, BRANDENBURGTAG will be officially opened at 11:00 am. Visitors can stroll through various themed areas, which have been lovingly designed as ‘pearls’. These include the ‘Art and Culture Pearl’, the ‘Nature and Environment Pearl’, the ‘Job and Business Pearl’ and the ‘Fun and Family Pearl’.
Sunday, 14 September offers a colourful programme with numerous surprises. For the youngest guests, there will be a KIKA children's programme specially tailored to their interests. Other special highlights of the festival include a festive gala by the Lotte Lehmann Academy and the exciting forestry championships in the zoo.
