Hansa Office
The Hansa Office is responsible for managing all the affairs of the HANSE. Outside of the times of the Hansa Convention, it is the contact point for the Hanseatic towns and cities and for other interested parties, such as the media, associations and other groups and institutions. It prepares the invitations and minutes for the meetings of the Council and the Commission, and makes them available to the Hanseatic towns and cities in the form of an internal online archive. The Hansa Office is assigned to the headquarters of the HANSE, and thus to the town or city that provides the President.
